Delete your SmokeNade account
In the app (fastest)
- Open SmokeNade and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email admin@smokenade.com from the email address on your account, or include your Steam profile link if you signed in with Steam. We will confirm and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and everything linked to it: your portfolio and purchase prices, price alerts, loadouts, crafts, community submissions, training progress and history, notification settings and push tokens, and the daily snapshots of your Steam statistics and inventory value.
Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days. Deleting your SmokeNade account does not affect your Steam account, your items or any purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. If you subscribe to SmokeNade Pro, cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings as well.
